Terms & Conditions
- The person who has been referred (the ‘Friend’) must be domiciled in the UK.
- Please check that your Friend is happy to be contacted by Broadbench and book a no-obligation call with one of our experts.
- A referral is validated when the first policy premium is collected from the Friend on their Life Insurance, Critical Illness, Income Protection or Medical Insurance policy, or when their mortgage completes.
- Once a referral is validated, the Referrer will receive an email notification and the referral fee. This should take no longer than 30 days after validation.
- You do not need to be an active Broadbench customer to make a referral.
- Broadbench reserves the right to withdraw or change the referral promotion at any time, with or without notice.
- If the Referrer would prefer a different e-gift voucher, we will endeavour to facilitate this, however, we make no guarantee to supply any other e-gift voucher.
- The Reward, the e-gift voucher, cannot be used to offset product premiums or monies owed to Broadbench and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- You cannot recommend yourself or anyone else at your address.
- We’ll withhold rewards if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity. All decisions made by Broadbench are final.
- Broadbench employees or their families are not eligible for the referral scheme.
- This offer is not applicable when the Friend, or their family member, has previously been a customer with Broadbench.
